平山　浩一郎　代表取締役社長

 2015 年に株式会社プレシエントを創業。マネジメントコンサルティング、ヘルスケア・ライフサイエンス分野の事業開発に３０年近く従事している。株式会社プレシエントを創業する前は、2001 年にブティックコンサルティング会社の株式会社マベリックトランスナショナルを共同創業し、１５年間代表取締役社長を務めた。  1977年に、昭和電工株式会社に入社、１１年間炭素事業、電子材分野のエンジニアとして勤務、その後ボストンコンサルティンググループで、７年間に亘り、ヘルスケア分野、テクノロジー分野、消費財分野を含む様々なプロジェクトに参画した。　また、その後勤務したジョンソン・エンド・ジョンソンでは医療機器分野の事業開発や、リハビリテーション分野の新事業のスタートアップを担当した。東京大学化学工学卒業、スタンフォード大学化学工学、オペレーションズリサーチ修士過程卒業。

Mr. Hirayama founded Prescient Corporation in 2015. Mr. Hirayama has nearly 30 years of experience in management consulting and business development in healthcare and life science area.  Prior to founding Prescient Corporation, Mr. Hirayama co-founded a boutique advisory and consulting firm, Maverick Transnational Inc., in 2001 and served as the President for 15 years.   Mr. Hirayama started his career in 1977 as a chemical engineer at Showa Denko K.K.  Mr. Hirayama spent 7 years at Boston Consulting Group in Tokyo and  he was involved in various projects including healthcare, technology and consumer product area.    He also spent 7 year at Johnson and Johnson  and was responsible for business development and technology transfer in medical device area and also involved in starting up of a new rehabilitation business.   Mr. Hirayama holds M.S in Operations Research and Chemical Engineering from Stanford University, and B.S in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tokyo.

Mr. Hirayama enjoys playing golf, tennis, skiing and also cooking in the weekend.
